Blueberry Cake
ingredients
- 1 C coconut, shredded
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 C water
- 2 T oil
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 C blueberries
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 3 T powdered sugar

Grease square pan, spread coconut on bottom of pan. Spread pecans over coconut. Combine cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Mix until smooth; lightly fold blueberries into batter. Pour batter over pecans and coconut.

In a saucepan, melt together margarine and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, one T at a time, beating until smooth. Drizzle cream cheese mixture over top of cake. Bake 350° for 35-40 minutes.
