Bacon Wrapped BBQ Jalapeno's
Great appeitizer to cook up when you have the BBQ fired up
ingredients
- 6 whole Jalapeno’s
- 6 to 8oz cream cheese (whipped or regular)
- 6 slices bacon
- garlic salt to taste
- season salt
- 12 skewers
- 1-2 cold beers

Mix cream cheese (room temp, or whipped for ease of use), garlic salt, season salt into large mixing bowl. Cut bacon slices in half. Slice jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds and veins to reduce heat.

Fill jalapeno boat with cream cheese mix, then wrap with bacon. Use skewer to keep bacon in place.

Pre-heat BBQ. Start drinking your beer. Oil grill to reduce sticking. Place on grill over medium heat. Once bacon becomes crispy, they are done. Should take little over 5 mins.

These can be spicy depending on the peppers so choose your audience!
