Tostaguac and/or Ten Layer Vegetarian Burritos
A quick and versatile recipe for either tostaguac, tacos, or burritos which could or could not include re-fried beans, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, black beans, spinach, sour cream, rice or cheese.
ingredients
- 6 tostada shells or 8 burrito shells
- 1 can vegetarian re-fried beans, warmed
- 8 oz. diced tomatoes, canned or fresh
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz. can black olives
- 8 oz. guacamole
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and warmed
- 8 oz. natural cheddar
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce, warmed
- Hot sauce, optional
- salsa, optional
- 1 cup baby spinach, for burritos
- 1 cup rice, for burritos
directions
Spread ingredients as desired onto a warmed tostada shell or burrito shell. Enjoy!
notes
Tofu sour cream is also great in this dish. 7 pts per serving with fat free cheese and sour cream.
