They are holiday tradition and a favorite! Every year the kids would go to Grandma’s and cut out Christmas cookies (eating more dough than cutting when Grandma wasn’t looking) and the DECORATING them with sugar and paint (edible of course)!!
ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 6 1/2 cups sugar
