• 2 10 oz pkgs chopped spinach Thawed and squeezed dry
• 3 T butter 1 onion chopped
• 1/4 lb mushrooms chopped
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 10 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
• 1/8 t. pepper
• 1/8 t. oregano
• 1/8 tsp basil
