Seafoam Salad
ingredients
- 2 3oz. packages lime Jello
- 1 13oz. can pears, drained
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
directions
Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add cold water to pear juice to make 2 cups. Add juice to Jello. Purée pears in blender. Add cream cheese; purée. Whip whipping cream. Fold pear-cream cheese mixture and whipped cream into Jello. Put in large pan or bowl and refrigerate until set.
