Vegetables in a Cloud



  • 4 cups sliced carrots
  • 3 cups chopped broccoli
  • 3 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 1 cup cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

    Cook vegetables for 10-15 minutes then drain. Sauté onions in butter and add to vegetables. Place in 9x13" baking dish. Mix together whipped cream, Parmesan cheese, cheese, water and mayonnaise and pour over veggies.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
