Breakfast Lasagna
ingredients
- 10 slices white bread
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- onions (opt.)
- green peppers (opt.)
- mushrooms (opt.)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Grease a 9x13 pan. Tear bread into small pieces; cover bottom of pan. Arrange ham over bread; sprinkle with cheese. Mix eggs. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, Worcestershire saucce, and milk; pour over bread, meat, and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup crushed potato chips over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 tablespoons milk, and 3/4 cup shredded cheese, mixed and melted together. Can also add onions, green peppers, or mushrooms, if desired.
