Crab Cakes
ingredients
- 1 pound crab cakes
- 2 heaping tablespoons mayo
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard powder
- 18 Ritz crackers

Combine all ingredients except Ritz crackers. Add the crushed Ritz crackers just before cooking so they don’t get wet.

Form patties (hamburger size). Saute on medium high heat in butter, 10 min per side or until golden brown. They should be crispy outside and moist inside.
