Aunt Dordy's Jambalaya



  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 lbs. peeled shrimp
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 small can mushroom, use liquid

Sauté shrimp in butter. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven. Cover, stirring occasionally. If desired, add Tony S. and garlic powder. Cook 50 minutes.
