Glazed Mincemeat Bars

ingredients
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 c. Mincemeat
- 1 c. Chopped Nuts
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
directions
Combine sugar, eggs, and butter till creamed. Add mincemeat and nuts. Blend in flour , salt, and baking soda. spread in 15x10x1 greased pan.
Orange Glaze
- 1
2 c 10X Sugar
- 2
2 1/2 T. Milk
- 3
1 tsp. Orange Glaze
- 4
Combine until smooth, spread over baked cookies while still warm.
