Grandma's Special Mac and Cheese

Gooey Mac and cheese made with creamy, sharp, white cheddar and cream of mushroom soup.
ingredients
- 1 C macaroni cooked
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/4 C green pepper diced
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- small onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 C grated white sharp cheddar
- 1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
directions
In a large bowl mix soup and milk together. Add remaining ingredients except for 1/2 cup of the cheese, and combine thoroughly. pour into a greased casserole dish top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes (until bubbly and brown)

This has always been a family fave! It is great with ham at Easter or as a side with chicken or fish.
