AmandaAmanda

ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Sweet Pickle relish (if you like that)
  • Paprika (Just for looks!)
  • A pot of water to cover eggs
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Potato masher (or fork will do)
  • teaspoon

directions

  • 1

    Gently place eggs in pot

  • 2

Boil eggs for 10 minutes (begin timing after water boils)

  • 3

Lower heat to “low” boil so they don’t bounce around and crack!

  • 4

Cool and peel eggs. Rinse eggs to remove any shell pieces.

  • 5

Cut eggs in half trying to keep even halves.

  • 6

Remove yolk from all eggs and place yolks only, in mixing bowl.

  • 7

Arrange all egg white halves in serving dish and set aside.

  • 8

To mixing bowl with yolks, Add 1 Teaspoon of Mayonnaise for every three yolks cooked. Add Sweet pickle relish (try 1 tsp. for every 3 eggs) and salt to taste. Mash by hand.

  • 9

Spoon by teaspoonfuls into all egg whites. Sprinkle Paprika on top for garnish if desired.

  • 10

Cover loosely above eggs but block air, and refrigerate immediately.

  • 11

Be careful to not let eggs sit out for long periods at meals. Enjoy!
