Sour Cream Chicken
ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 16 oz. light sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed
- 1/2 pound bacon strips partially cooked
- 1 can chipped beef

Place dried chipped beef in one layer in baking dish. Place chicken over beef. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup; pour over chicken. Put bacon in one layer over all.

Cover; cook at 275° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Uncover for last 45 minutes. to 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice.
