Meatballs
ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 c. grape jelly
- 2 t. Dijon mustard
- 1 pound ground beef, extra lean
- 1 egg
- 4 T. bread crumbs
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. minced onion
directions
Mix chili sauce, jelly and Dijon mustard in crock pot. Cover; cook on high. Combine remaining ingredients. Shape into balls and bake in a 400° oven, 15-20 minutes. Drain. Add meatballs to sauce. Cook on low 6-10 hours.
