Best Biscuits
ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour (sift before measuring)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 1 stick butter chilled
- 2/3-3/4 cup buttermilk

Combine first 4 ingredients in food processor, pulse till ingredients resemble small peas, add buttermilk.

Turn dough out on to floured board, knead and fold dough over 10 to 12 times. Roll out thick, cut out 8-12 biscuits, brush tops with butter

Bake at 450 12-15 min
