Have fun with recipe... make it your own! Olivia’s mom never makes it the same twice! A quick recipe to bring to a get-together! Always a crowd pleaser!

ingredients

  • 1 Pound of fresh broccoli
  • 1 Medium head of cauliflower, broken into flowerests
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
  • 6 Green onions, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 Tbls. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Optional:
  • Add Bacon, Apple, Grapes, Cranraisins, raisins, sunflower seeds... or all! YUM!!

    Remove large leaves of broccoli, and cut off tough ends of lower stalks; discard. Wash broccoli thoroughly, and cut cauliflower, celery, and green onions in large bowl.

    Combine remaining ingredients, stirring until blended. Pour mayonnaise mixture over vegetables; toss lightly to coat. Cover and chill thoroughly.
