My great catch at Buggs Island!

ingredients

  • Big Can Diced Tomatoes-Drained
  • One Chopped Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning
  • Chopped Carrots
  • Chopped Celery
  • Diced Green/Red peppers
  • 1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans-Drained
  • 1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans-Drained
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • Just about any beans you want to add!!
  • 1 Small Package of Frozen Corn (or 1 can-drained)
  • To taste:
  • Cayenne
  • Chili Powder
  • Cumen
  • Dab of Sugar/Honey will cut Acidity of Tomatoes
  • You really just dump a bunch of stuff in. Mine always taste different from the last time.

    1.Add all above ingredients to crock pot.

    2.Start cooking early in morning or on low all night.

  • 3

    3.Can be served with rice or just plain.

  • 4

    4.Can also add cheese, sour cream, fresh onions, etc!
