Sara's Vegetarian Chili
My great catch at Buggs Island!
ingredients
- Big Can Diced Tomatoes-Drained
- One Chopped Onion
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning
- Chopped Carrots
- Chopped Celery
- Diced Green/Red peppers
- 1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans-Drained
- 1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans-Drained
- 1 Can Black Beans
- Just about any beans you want to add!!
- 1 Small Package of Frozen Corn (or 1 can-drained)
- To taste:
- Cayenne
- Chili Powder
- Cumen
- Dab of Sugar/Honey will cut Acidity of Tomatoes
- You really just dump a bunch of stuff in. Mine always taste different from the last time.

1.Add all above ingredients to crock pot.

2.Start cooking early in morning or on low all night.

3.Can be served with rice or just plain.

4.Can also add cheese, sour cream, fresh onions, etc!
