Beef Casserole

ingredients
- 2 lbs tender beef tips
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Dash Tabasco
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms

Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes

Mix wine with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic and Tabasco

Marinade meat in mix all day
- 4
Place meat in casserole dish and cover with mushrooms and breadcrumbs

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours
