  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumble
  • 1 cup Stonyfield fat free plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
