Red Chili - Mark's Version
ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 large white onions, diced
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 5 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 14.5 ounces tomato sauce
- 2-28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2-14.5 ounces kidney beans (drained)
- 2-14.5 ounces pinto beans
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 8 ounces green chili, or to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, diced

Cook onions and garlic together until onions are soft.

Add beef and spices and brown.

Drain meat.

Add remaining ingredients to pot and simmer.
