Sun-Dried Tomato Sausage Dip
Serve with tortilla chip scoops
ingredients
- 16 oz Hot Italian Sausage (bulk)
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 12 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 large shallot, chopped
- Olive Oil
- Hot Sauce (optional)

Saute chopped shallot in olive oil. Add Italian Sausage and cook until lightly browned. Drain off fat.

Put italian sausage - shallot mixture in a crock pot. Add cream cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Stir over low heat until the dip is warm and creamy. Add a splash of hot sauce for more kick (optional).

Garnish with sun dried tomato strips and serve warm with corn chips.
