Wholesome "cupcakes"
Sugar free, wheat free cupcakes for little messyfish
ingredients
- 1 cup mixed flours (millet, rye, rice etc)
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 cup barley bran
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup rice malt syrup
- 3 tbs butter
directions

put dry ingredients together in a bowl.

melt butter with rice syrup gently in pot, add buttermilk and egg and combine.

stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, and very lightly combine.

scoop into cupcake papers and bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.
