ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained well)
- 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry’s)
- 1 c. chopped pecans

We serve this with Club or Town House crackers. We make it every Christmas Eve, but it is delicious any time of year.
