Rotel Dip
ingredients
- 1 Lb. Sausage
- 1 Lb. Hamburger
- 1 can of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 Can of rotel tomatoes, mashed up
- 1 2 Lb. box of Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
directions
Brown sausage and hamburger; drain grease. Put in crock pot. Add soup, tomatoes and cheese. Turn on high until cheese melts good, then turn on low until you’re ready to serve.
