Christmas Casserole
This is our own Christmas Brunch. We had it for years at Mom and Dads home before we opened the presents.
ingredients
- 14-15 slices of bread, toasted, and buttered on both sides, cubed, can add cinnamon raisin bread.
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt, pepper
- 6 eggs beaten and added to ham,sausage, bacon or whatever. We use ham, and the more the better.
- Add 3 cups of milk.

Pour egg and milk mixture over all other ingredients, both well mixed. Pour into buttered 13x9x2 pan. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Bake 350 degrees, for one hour. Serve with rolls, juice, fruit

PS I have substutited 5 slices of raisin bread for some of the flavor.
