Tortellini Alfredo
A delicious tortellini dinner with a savory cream sauce mixed in with peas and bacon.
ingredients
- 1 lb Tortellini
- 2 cups shredded Parmesean Cheese
- 1 pt heavy cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup cooked, shredded bacon
- 1 cup frozen peas
- salt and pepper to taste

Cook the bacon then break it into small bite-sized pieces, set aside.

Cook the pasta to your desired level, drain and set aside.

Pour the heavy cream, frozen peas, butter, salt/pepper, and crumbled bacon into a sauce pan. Stir for 5 minutes over medium heat until the butter is completely melted and the peas are beginning to warm up.

Add parmesean all at once and stir briskly to incorporate. Once the sauce is uniform remove from heat and pour the pasta in. Stir to coat and serve immediately.
