Slow Beef Stew

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lbs. stew meat
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 Medium carrots, diced
  • 1 8oz. can La Seur green peas, drained
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 Can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 C. water
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

directions

Layer in a 3 quart Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam in the order listed. Cover and bake in a 275° oven for 5 hours, stirring half way through.
