Slow Beef Stew
ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs. stew meat
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 2 Medium potatoes, diced
- 2 Medium carrots, diced
- 1 8oz. can La Seur green peas, drained
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 Can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 C. water
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
directions
Layer in a 3 quart Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam in the order listed. Cover and bake in a 275° oven for 5 hours, stirring half way through.
