Grama's Pork and Winter Squash Stew
ingredients
- 1 lb Pork on the bone
- 1 Winter squash
- 1" Ginger root
- 1/2 tsp Bonito fish powder
- Water
- Salt to taste

Chop the pork and squash into ~2" cubes.

Stir fry the cut pork with ginger slices for 5-10 min. Add squash and enough water to cover, and sprinkle on bonito fish powder and salt.

Simmer or slow cook for 1-2 hours.
