Scalloped Potatoes
ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese, shredded or sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick butter

In a large casserole dish, layer half of the ingredients as given above and season with a little salt and pepper.

Repeat the layers; cover and bake at 375° for about an hour or until tender.
