Grama's Abalone
This abalone dish is a simple way to enjoy this delicacy without the price and hassle of a seafood restaurant.
ingredients
- 1/2 can Abalone
- 1 head Iceberg or Romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp Bonito fish powder

Chop abalone into thin ~1.5" squares.

Chop the lettuce into large pieces and boil in water until tender. Set the cooked lettuce aside in a large bowl.

Stir fry abalone with garlic slices, then add oyster sauce and bonito fish powder. Pour the mixture over the cooked lettuce and serve.
