- 2 EGGS
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1/3 CUP REALEMON JUICE
- 1 TBSP CORNSTARCH
- 1/2 CUP WATER
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM, WHIPPED
directions
IN SAUCE PAN COMBINE REMAINING SUGAR & CORNSTARCH; STIR IN WATER. COOK AND STIR UNTIL THICKENED; REMOVE FROM HEAT. GRADUALLY BEAT IN EGG MIXTURE. RETURN TO STOVE AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICKENED. ADD VANILLA AND COOL. FOLD IN SHIPPED CREAM. SERVE WITH FAVORITE FRUIT.
