Crab con Queso Dip

A standard at most gatherings or game nights at Christy’s. Just look at this picture and tell me that you don’t want to devour the page!
ingredients
- 8 oz of cream cheese - softened
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 1 1/2 c shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1/4 c Mayo
- 1 T milk
- 1 can of Rotel’s Diced tomatoes and chillies - drained
- 1 jalapeno finely diced
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1 T black pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 375. Stir all ingredients together (except for crab meat) until combined. Fold in crab meat. Spoon into casserole dish and cook for 25 min. Serve with crustini or tortilla chips.
