Mexican Cheese Roll-ups
Make these a day before so the flavors have a chance to blend. Two days is even better.
ingredients
- 2 packages whipped cream cheese
- 1 large (16 oz) sour cream
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 can green chilies, drained and chopped
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- garlic powder to taste
- Optional: chopped ham, shrimp, turkey
- 1 dozen large flour tortillas

Mix all of the ingredients and spread 1/2 inch thick over large flour tortillas.

Roll tightly and wrap each one in plastic wrap. Chill 1 to 2 days in fridge. When ready to serve, unwrap and slice into 1-1/2 inch disks. Serve with salsa.
