Chicken Cesar Lasagna
Christy likes to serve this recipe when she’s entertaining. It’s a big hit among family and friends!
ingredients
- Lasagna noodles - prepared and cooled
- 2 (10 oz) jars of Alfredo Sauce - (Classico)
- 3 T lemon Juice
- 1/2 black pepper
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach - thawed and drained
- 6 oz of sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil) chopped
- 10 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 325. Cut chicken into small bite-size pieces and cook in skillet with a little olive oil, italian seasonings until done. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs to coat. Set aside.

In a separate bowl combine alfredo sauces, lemon juice, pepper. Stir in chicken, spinach, tomatoes. Lightly coat lasagna pan with Pam. Place 1 layer of noodles, top with chicken mixture and repeat layers. Cover and bake for 50 min. Uncover, top with cheese and bake until cheese melts, 5-10 min.
