Yes Yes Yes Tuna Salad
ingredients
- 2 cans chunk light tuna, drained
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 pickle spear, chopped
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 dash lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients gently in a bowl.

Serve on a sandwich, with crackers or celery, or open face with cheddar broiled for 5 minutes as a tuna melt.
