Scrumptious Coffee Cake

ingredients
Cake- 2c flour
- 1t baking soda
- 1c sugar
- 1/4t nutmeg
- 1/2t salt
- 1t cinnamon
- 1t baking powder
- 1/4c orange juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1c milk
- 1/2c oil or unsweetened applesauce
- 1c brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1c chopped nuts
- 3/4c powdered sugar
- 1-3T milk
- 1/2t vanilla extract
directions
Cake
Blend dry ingredients well then blend in orange juice, egg, milk, and oil. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
Topping
Combine ingredients and sprinkle over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Icing
Combine ingredients and add milk to desired consistency. Drizzle over warm cake.
