- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Salmon Seasoning

To bake salmon: Prepare salmon as directed. Place in baking pan. Bake in preheated 400°F oven 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
