This is an easy recipe to combine with Hangover Potatoes. Perfect for those mornings where the only thing in your belly is the booze you can still taste in your mouth. Warning: May cause food coma after ingestion. For multiple people, simply multiply eggs by number of people adding other ingredients as desired. You may also wrap scramble in a warm tortilla to make a breakfast burrito, like i am enjoying in the picture above.

ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Milk
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1/2 Garlic Clove
  • 1 hand full mushrooms
  • 1/2 can diced olives
  • 3 pieces deli-sliced Ham
  • Lots of Shredded Cheese

directions

  • 1

    Chop up Onion and Garlic. Set aside

  • 2

    Beat eggs and a bit of milk together in a bowl

  • 3

    Add Onions, Ham, Musrooms and Garlic to pan on medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly

  • 4

    Add eggs to frying pan and mix ingredients together

  • 5

    Let cook until substance forms into an Omelet like consistency

  • 6

    Add cheese on top and heat until cheese is melted. You may wish to stir your eggs and cheese together

  • 7

    Remove from pan and add olives
