Stacie Carstarphen's White Bean Chili
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs of Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 4 cans Great Northern Beans (2 cans Bush and 2 cans Lucks)
- 1 Tbl Cumin, Pepper, Oregano
- 2 Tbl Jalapenos
- 1 cup Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 (4oz) chopped Green Chilies
- 2 cans Chicken bouillon
- 1 lg. Can Mexican Corn (drained)
directions

Boil chicken ; reserve broth, cut into bite size pieces; brown the chicken w/ onion and garlic in olive oil. In big pot add put chicken and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil; then reduce to a simmer for couple hours until thicker chili.

Serve with Colby / monterey Jack cheese and sour cream
