Orange Pork Chops
ingredients
- 3/4. c. crushed Corn Flakes
- 1 t. salt
- dash pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 T. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
- 1 t. grated orange rind
- 1/4 c. orange juice

Combine Corn Flakes with salt and pepper in medium bowl. In other bowl, beat egg and water together. Melt butter in oven-proof pan. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then Corn Flakes.

Brown pork chops on both sides; sprinkle with orange rind, pour orange juice over all. Cover; bake at 325 degrees 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer until done.
