ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine split
  • 4 Tyson IFF Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts, frozen
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup Uncle Ben’s Converted Brand Rice
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower

    1. Melt 1 Tablespoon butter in large skillet. Add chicken, cook over medium high heat 5 to 7 minutes, or until light brown. Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter and garlic; cook briefly.

    2. Add water, rice, bouillon cubes and juice 1/2 lemon. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat; simmer 20 min. Add broccoli, carrots and cauliflower; continue cooking 5 min. or until chicken juices run clear. Cut remaining 1/2 lemon into slices and use for garnish.
