Cheese and Olive Balls
ingredients
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated and softened
- 1/4 lb. butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 3/4 cup flour
- 36 to 40 stuffed spanish olives
directions
Blend cheese, butter and paprika. Mix with flour until smooth. Let stand, covered for 15 minutes. Shape by teaspoonful into 1 1/2 inch circles. Wrap to enclose olive. Chill for 10 minutes. Bake 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
