ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 & 1/2 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • 3/4 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of grated onion
  • 3 cups of cooked shrimp(cut inot small pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Season salt
  • Dash of worchestershire

directions

    Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • 2

    In another pan, soften gelatin in cold water, then dissolve over low heat.

  • 3

    Pour the dissolved gelatin into the cream cheese.

  • 4

    Add in all remaining ingredients.

  • 5

    Pour into a 5 cup mild and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
