Shrimp Mold
ingredients
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1 & 1/2 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 3/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of grated onion
- 3 cups of cooked shrimp(cut inot small pieces)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Season salt
- Dash of worchestershire

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

In another pan, soften gelatin in cold water, then dissolve over low heat.

Pour the dissolved gelatin into the cream cheese.

Add in all remaining ingredients.

Pour into a 5 cup mild and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
