Chicken - Chicken Saute
ingredients
- 1/2 Chicken cut into quarters
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2 ea Green Onions, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Dry Sherry Wine
directions
Wash chicken in cold water. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Put 1/2 cup Olive Oil in a frying pan. Put chicken in pan and brown on both sides. Add green onions, garlic and mushroooms. Add 1 cup sherry. Cook 15 miinutes without cover. Put into oven and cook for 15 mintues longer.
