Cheese Fondue

ingredients
- 12 ounce can of beer, set at room temperature
- 1 1/2 pounds of Velveeta
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- garlic salt, to taste
- onion salt, to taste
- 2-4 drops of Tabasco sauce
- French bread
directions

Put about 1 inch of beer in Fondue pot and start heating. Add Velveeta and stir.

Add cheddar cheese. Continue stirring. Add onion salt, garlic salt and Tabasco.

Continue adding beer and additional cheese (if needed) to get to the right consistently.

Serve with French bread pieces.
