Cheese Fondue

ingredients

  • 12 ounce can of beer, set at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 pounds of Velveeta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • onion salt, to taste
  • 2-4 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • French bread

directions

  • 1

    Put about 1 inch of beer in Fondue pot and start heating. Add Velveeta and stir.

    Add cheddar cheese. Continue stirring. Add onion salt, garlic salt and Tabasco.

  • 3

    Continue adding beer and additional cheese (if needed) to get to the right consistently.

    Serve with French bread pieces.
