GREEN CHILI EGGSAnne Brennan Brennan

- 1 8 oz. can Green Chilies
- 1 4 oz. can Jalapeno Peppers (mild)
- 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 12 eggs
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
Scrape all seeds out of the chilies or use all Green chilies and no jalapenos.
Drain and dry the chilies; layer them with the grated cheese in a buttered 13x9" baking dish.
Combine the eggs and sour cream, beat and pour over the chilies and cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 until it puffs like a souffle.
