Scalloped Potatoes

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • diced cheese

  • diced ham

  • sliced potatoes

  • Slice potatoes into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish & partially cook in microwave with 1/4 cup water. Drain off water. Heat soup & milk. Add cheese & ham. Pour over potatoes & add some butter. Bake covered at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
