Scalloped Potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
diced cheese
diced ham
sliced potatoes
Slice potatoes into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish & partially cook in microwave with 1/4 cup water. Drain off water. Heat soup & milk. Add cheese & ham. Pour over potatoes & add some butter. Bake covered at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
