Sautéd String Beans
I definitely remember making these string beans while Andrea & Dan, Gail & Chad & Marley were living with us - and definitely right around Halloween.
ingredients
- Fresh String Beans
- Garlic, crushed
- Onion, cut up
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Soy Vey

Trim the ends of the string beans. Place them in a large sauté pan and rinse them with water. Cover them with salted water and bring to a boil. When the beans turn bright green, drain the water and add the olive oil, garlic and onion and sauté until lightly browned.

Reduce the heat and add some Soy Vey and pepper to taste, cover and cook a few minutes longer.
