• 4 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup quick oats
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking power
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chopped up chocolate
• 1 can dulce de leche
